VPA Newsletter

The VPA Newsletter is a document issued by the Victoria Pharmacy Authority (VPA). It provides important information and updates to licensees, pharmacists and pharmacy stakeholders.


The VPA publishes a regular newsletter on its activities and this is distributed by email to licensees, registered premises and VPA stakeholders. The VPA newsletter has important information, updates and resources to support licensees to engage in good regulatory practice and maintain high standards in pharmacy practice. If you wish to receive VPA news items please email your request to enquiries@pharmacy.vic.gov.au.

The VPA previously published a quarterly circular. The VPA Circular has been replaced by the VPA Newsletter. Previous editions of the VPA Circular can be accessed below.

Newsletter No. 2 - 7 May 2026

The VPA is preparing for its digital transformation and transition to a new portal. The transition to the new portal will occur in 2 phases which should assist stakeholders to adjust to the change.

Phase one will commence in late May when licensees will access the new portal to renew their licences and premises registrations.
