Applications to renew pharmacy premises registrations and pharmacy business licences can be completed following the link provided in a renewal email sent to the ‘the proprietor’ of each pharmacy, pharmacy department and pharmacy depot.
Each pharmacy registration renewal requires a licensee or director to answer questions and make declarations about the pharmacy premises, ownership and commercial arrangements before payments can be made.

An application for refund of the remaining portion of an annual licence to carry on a pharmacy business or pharmacy department may be made in writing to the Chief Financial Officer or by email to finance@pharmacy.vic.gov.au
Each application for a refund will be considered on an individual case basis.
No refunds will be granted for application fees once the application has been lodged and processed by the Victorian Pharmacy Authority.
