Applications to renew licences and premises registration must be completed through the VPA Portal.

Separate applications are required for renewal of licences and premises registration. In the 2026–2027 renewal period, pharmacy applications must be completed by a licensee or legally authorised representative of a company licensee (i.e., a director).

• Licences and premises registrations must be renewed before 30 June 2026.
• Late renewal applications may be submitted from 1 July 2026 until 28 July 2026 ("Late Period").

Please note that the late lodgement fee will not apply to renewal applications made during the late period in 2026. Please disregard references to a late lodgement fee in system-generated emails.

• Annual renewal applications cannot be accepted after 28 July 2026.
